What’s up everyone, my name is Kevin aka BIFU | Slob Murph and I have been running events in the FGC for the past eight years. I have also helped out with various tournaments, most notably for the old school “Jersey Shoryuken” series when Street Fighter 4 first made its debut. On February 20th, 2016, we will be hosting a Street Fighter V release party/tournament. (more…)

We are excited to announce our first Halo LAN since the close of our Northfield location over a year ago. So many memories were made at the Northfield location, but due to various reasons, we were forced to move back to our prior location in Absecon, NJ. This will be a two day event on (11/17) & (11/18). Below, you will find a list of the attendees that plan on making the event.

This video showcases some of the video game scene in Singapore as well as some scenery of the city-state. Mike Ross and Gootecks tour the local arcades, LAN Centers & even visit the Gamespot Singapore Tournament.  Why do I live in the US again?

I have to admit, I have been out of the Halo scene for a while. After the release of Halo: Reach, I just haven’t found any interest to play this game competitively. Halo: Reach is actually a really good game, with tons of competitive options. I think the only reason why I didn’t pick this game up was due to the maps and the bloom effect placed on the DMR. There really isn’t a map that’s favorited by the community. Halo 1 had Blood Gulch, Halo 2 had Midship, Halo 3 had The Pit, but Halo: Reach….. well, it doesn’t have any good maps. I could rant forever, but I want you to watch the Halo: Reach Finals that took place in Columbus, Ohio. This a very intense finals, and Team Instinct shows why teamwork is the key to success.

Team Instinct is in the Winner’s Bracket and Team Str8 Rippin is fighting back from the loser’s bracket. This might be one of the only finals I’ve watched in which I don’t know most of the players personally. The only player I know is Ryan (Ryanoob). He came to Nerd Palace when we hosted the Jersey Shore LAN. In my opinion, he has as much talent as anyone on the MLG Pro Circuit, and he has a bright future in the E-Sport. Anyway, kick back and watch the series!
